How do you determine if a product is manufactured in a peanut-free and tree-nut free facility?

Because of the allergy in our family, we’ve searched everywhere--and continue to do so--for foods with the least chance of cross-contamination. We speak with the manufacturers directly about their facility, and each manufacturer has provided us with information about their facility and their practices. This information can be found on the product packaging and/or on the manufacturer’s website. Manufacturing procedures can change, so we will continue to verify the safety of the facility on a regular basis. Of course, the best source of information about a particular manufacturer’s practices is the manufacturer.

What if my order is missing an item or contains an item I didn’t order?

Please telephone us right away to let us know of any problems with your order and we will do our best to correct it. Because we sell food products, we need to hear from you within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a credit or, if we can, send a replacement to you.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. We use Paypal to receive credit card payments. Paypal is well-regarded for online credit card payments and transactions are encrypted for security.

We recognize that the privacy of your personal information is very important. We will not sell, rent or provide your information to third parties for any reason.
